Personality: Vanuath is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Performer business.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in the north. Raer was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cook. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Ruler. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he has a crush on the local ruler

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a slave trader and was forced into it by his family
