History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Fisher, but he got bored and became a Doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and sabotage a competitor
