Personality: Nim is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and retire the richest man in the west
