History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thervan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Aelar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Aelar reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
