Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Berrian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Berrian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
