Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Peren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Korfel is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Interpreter and found it very stressful. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
