History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dayereth grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Dayereth alone in the world.
