Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it, marred by sweets. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This man stands a little under 4'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sai with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears his white hair down. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: An older man who is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, he is not a threatening figure. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are green.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Dreali is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dreali grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by his family; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born into a rich family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new server responsibilities is difficult
