History: He was born in the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 51. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Carter profession.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
