History: Born in the west to a Miner, Uthemar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Miner and found it very stressful. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
