History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raer. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Gifted from a young age, Erdan studied abroad. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
