History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Roofer profession.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Varis was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.
