Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
