History: Azaki hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Azaki has worked very hard to control his curse. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Through the years after Nim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
