History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Glassblower, and he later adopted a second daughter.
