Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
