History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Aelar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Aelar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
