History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Himo and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Himo discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Himo fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.
