Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Naeris was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Aust began to lead the lost caravan. He tends to his Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and to be a slave trader again

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears dull green sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortbow, just in case. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Varis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Varis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
