History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
