History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Theren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theren. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Courier for the past few years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and sabotage a competitor

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
