History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Korfel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Korfel. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After months of barely getting by, Aelar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arannis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to end his boredom

History: Uthemar was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
