History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some dire rats. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in glaive use. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
