Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'2". He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Description: 4'8" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His hair is red and curly. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Peren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
