Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Berrian was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Soveliss was born with his father's beautiful face. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Soveliss was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he wants revenge against illithids

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
