Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Efferil was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Efferil decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Varis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Varis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Varis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Carrie was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Locksmith. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
