History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Aelar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Aelar has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
