His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
