History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and money/treasure

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Lucan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Layabout, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in the south. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Dayereth has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Thervan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
