Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
