His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Hadarai enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hadarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
