Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dayereth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dayereth was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born in a small plains village. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rolen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His brown hair is braided into rings. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Mindartis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Paelias was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Paelias's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
