Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Apothecary who has hired him part-time. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Paelias's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Aust alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Aust was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
