He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Arannis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in the west to a Mason, Arannis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Mason soon after.
