History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
