Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Soveliss was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Soveliss's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Soveliss and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
