History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. After a long history of fighting, Gennal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture
