History: Naal hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Halimath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Halimath. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is an amazing painter.

History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.
