History: Aelar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
