History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Suhnae alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and many illithids want him driven away

History: He was born in the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
