History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Riardon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Aerdeth was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Aerdeth's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
