History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Aust was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Aust was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Raer wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a brown shirt with thin red vertical stripes and pastel pants, marred by beers. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep
