History: Peren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Vanuath was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When Paelias reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Nim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Nim was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nim's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by his family
