Varis was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Guard. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a grey tunic with black highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Adran hails from a village terrorized by giants. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.

His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: 4'9" and muscular, this northern man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thamior was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
