History: Paelias was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. History: Gifted from a young age, Koeth studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a Bounty Hunter soon after.
