History: Born in the south to a Mason, Aelar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Aelar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aelar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
