Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bowyer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right.
