Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
