Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bellfounder born in the past three hundred years. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Lucan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lucan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently the stress of being a Bellfounder has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Mortician kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
