Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Raer was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quarion fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
